Hi all, as we draw to a close for Christmas we will have our last training session this coming Tuesday. As always in the festive spirit we will have a kids Vs Parents night! Dust off those boots and get the sweat bands out, im going to let them give you a right beasting!
I expect you ALL to have some kind of festive head ware on so we can get some cracking photos for this website and our private facebook group!
