Signol Blues Vs Haughton Green Greens Cup Match

Captained by Dylan with half the team sick we had no subs! I think thats the way the lads like it but as soon as half time comes they are already tired. It wasn't a bad start, we were keeping the ball wide and keeping Haughton green out of our half. Tom in defence, Dylan and Daniel on the wings, Harvey center mid and Kieren in goal. The were all working their socks off, Kieren managed to save a few which was great but i dont think his height gives him any kind of advantage. We really struggled to find the back of the net, unfortunately they knew just where ours was. Dylan had a good attack game and constantly tried to knock it in but to no avail. They all kept on though and didn't let their defeat affect their game.

Signol Reds Vs Brendan Bees Friendly

With half of this squad at Old Trafford we had to pinch two lads from the blues to play this friendly. Dylan and Tom. They both had a really good game and kept up well with the rest of the squad. Both did half each in defence and both did brilliantly. No one was getting passed them. With Harry and Louis on the wings, Caleb center mid and Ethan in net the lads set out with great pace. Passing was great and the ball was ours. Brendan Bees scored which seem to switch a light on and they were unstoppable, team work was incredible, they all did what we worked on in training. 2 goals from Harry, 1 from Louis and a 2 from Caleb. Fantastic game against a team we have never come across before.
