Match review - 19/09/15

Signol Reds - Heyside Jnr Blues

What a fantastic game played by all the boys! They displayed some fantastic footwork and the ball moved perfectly round the pitch! Captained by Kobe the team fought hard to keep the ball away from our net! A great goal from Louis and a lovely finish from Kobe kept us in the game. Nyle had all our hearts in our throats when his volley from the halfway line almost went in but i think he was just as impressed with him self anyway! George as always getting right into a tackle and blocking the opposition, Kian keeping the left nice and sharp, Harry worked upfront perfectly, Caleb as always never disappoints and some brilliant saves from Ethan. Really impressed with the boys this week!

Man of the match and captain next week went to Nyle for his fantastic defending, pushing the ball out wide and displaying some great football!


Signol Blues - Hollingwoth Tigers

This game was brilliant, unfortunately the score didn't reflect their game. They were on the ball and i think possession was mainly ours! Josh captained this team today and as always works as hard as he can and finished with a great goal. Thomas impressed me with his midfield skills, and a tidy goal from him was a welcome feeling for the boys. Dan up in midfield was fantastic, what a difference in this lad just in a few weeks, his goal was well deserved. Rio as usual working the front and keeping the opposition on their toes! Kierens first play on the field after being keeper last week, held his position perfectly. Harvey's first match and what a brilliant save he did with his head, helping Fin out in net, some brilliant saves from Fin and hes the only non keeper i know that does it with a smile on his face! Good on you Fin!

Man of the match this week and captain next week went to Fin for his brilliant keeper skills and his all round attitude, real team player!
